The ongoing support we have received has been beyond appreciative and inspiring and as we continue to navigate these waters together, we wanted to share some information regarding our team, orders and processing times. Online Orders, Custom Projects and Customer Service: We are open with our standard business hours of M-F 10 am-5 pm EST and are taking orders, custom projects and questions as usual. If there is ever a deviation from our standard operating hours, we will notify our customers via the announcement bar on the top of our website and through our automated messaging on our emails.
All orders are processed in our Norwalk, CT location and will still able to ship if another shelter in place should happen. We will continue to operate while prioritizing the protection of our team and our community. All in-stock gifts ship within 24 - 72 hrs. We are taking increased health and safety precautions, including disinfecting practices, regular breaks for hand washing and keeping all items in their original packaging until ready to be packed in a gift box.
