Stop DIYING Your Clients Welcome Gifts!

 

Are you an Event Planner offering welcome gift services for your clients? If so do you outsource this task or keep this in house?

I met Erin when L+P first started! Our first big publication in Brides led me to sending her a message on Instagram asking for help in creating gift tags and welcome notes with her stunning calligraphy. She jumped right in saved the day! 

Since then, we work with Erin during the holidays (she creates our holiday gift tags!) and most recently had the pleasure of collaborating with her on an editorial photo shoot located at the Bois Dore in Newport, RI. From paper to pastries (yes, that macaron below is her work!), Erin's calligraphy adds an elegant and elevated touch to your event!

DIY Gift Bags for Hotel Guests: Design + Order in 10 minutes!

Calling all Event Planners! If you're planning an event this year and your clients request hotel welcome bags for their guests, we can take this often last minute and time consuming task off of your plate with literally a few clicks of a button!

Gifting hotel guests is super popular down south (hello southern hospitality!) and our goal is to bring the thoughtful welcome gift game all over the US by making the process easy, time saving and fun!

So often couples want to DIY welcome gifts thinking it's more affordable and easy- CUE instant regret when they realize these are done during the busiest part of wedding planning, in the week leading up to the big day. What happens next? You guessed it, or experienced it first hand, the Planner takes on the task.

Even if this is a service you offer, I'm here to tell you that unless you really want to do them and being compensated properly for the time and products, you are better off hiring a gift service to take on this task so you and your team can focus on all other aspects of your business. We become a part of your vendor team and integrate into your process seamlessly!

We launched this Welcome Gift Builder as a way to save you time, personal space, overwhelm and brain capacity LOL. In all seriousness, when hosting a major event this is something that shouldn't take up too much of your time as there are sooo many other details to worry about. To break down how easy this should be for you, we have added 6 simple steps below to walk you through our welcome gift builder process.

Pointer: When filling out the Welcome Gift Builder, be sure that all contents that you choose have the same quantities throughout the whole process. You can also play around with budget as it calculates that for you on each screen as you build!

Steps:

1. Pick your packaging: Choices vary between box and bag options. Depending on the packaging you choose, you will be prompted to click your preferred ribbon/tag option.

Custom Holiday Gift Process: How We Make it Easy

Ever wonder how companies execute those elaborate and perfectly timed gift sends? Have you thought about gifting but not sure how outsourcing can help? Our custom holiday gifting process is organized, easy and stress- free. 

That said, lets walk you through our process!

Step 1: Inquiry Form + Kickoff Call

Start off by filling out our Holiday gifting form here. You choose the form of gifting you would ideally like to do, whether it be Full Custom or using our Semi-Custom Program.

From there you receive an email to schedule a time that best fits your schedule where we discuss all essential information to proceed with your project (ex: theme, goal, budget, timeline). If you would like to move forward with our services following our call, we will send you information to make things official and get your project started!

Step 2: Proposal + Approval

 

Next, we design a full proposal that will outline the gift design, investment and project timeline. Your proposal turnaround is approximately 1-2 weeks. Feel free to ask any and all questions along the way!

Step 3: Payment + Production

Following design approval, we send over our Service Agreement and invoice for payment to order up inventory! Products are ordered and stored in house until we are ready for assembly.

Step 4: Shipping + Delivery

We handle all aspects of shipping and delivery during the holiday craziness! When creating your holiday timeline, we take all aspects into consideration including accelerated shipping deadlines with all mail carriers. In addition, we run all addresses through validation to ensure packages arrive at the right destinations! Bulk orders and on demand shipping is available!

Our process is designed to take the overwhelm off of your plate. So whether you want to add your branding on our curated gifts through our semi-custom program or do a full custom project with all of the bells and whistles, we handle the logistics while you enjoy your holiday season!
