    Once you're ready to move forward, we’ll outline next steps and the payment structure based on your selected service. For custom proposals, a retainer is required before we begin your comprehensive gift design and sourcing.


  • Detail Coordination


    This is where we fine-tune all the details, from stationery and hotel logistics to final gift selections. If you’ve chosen our custom service, this is also when you’ll receive your personalized proposal.

  • Approvals

    Following any changes, we finalize your gift design and order details. Once approved and paid, production begins.

What’s the investment for custom gifting?

Our fully custom wedding gifting projects begin at $4,000, which includes design, sourcing, assembly, and delivery coordination. This allows us to curate an experience that aligns with your wedding aesthetic and guest experience.

For smaller-scale needs, our pre-filled welcome gifts and DIY marketplace offer more flexible options.

Do you handle delivery to our hotel or venue?

Yes! We offer local delivery within 80 miles of Norwalk, Connecticut, perfect for New England and tri-state weddings. Our team coordinates directly with your venue or hotel to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

For weddings outside that range, we provide nationwide shipping and logistics support so your gifts arrive perfectly packaged and on time.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend starting your custom gifting project at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding to allow for design, sourcing, and approval.

Our pre-filled welcome gifts typically ship within 2–3 weeks, and Marketplace orders ship within a few business days.

Can you include my own branded or stationery items?

Absolutely. Many planners and couples choose to include custom stationery, tags, or branded items. You can ship them directly to us, and we’ll incorporate them into your final packaging with care.

If you need custom stationery designed, we can connect you with our trusted design partners.

How many gifts should I order?

A good rule of thumb is one gift per hotel room in your guest block. If you’d like to include extras for vendors or last-minute RSVPs, we’ll help you adjust your quantities before final approval.

Do you work with wedding planners and designers?

Yes — we frequently collaborate with planners, designers, and creative teams across the East Coast. We understand the importance of cohesive branding and communication, so we’ll align with your vendor team to make gifting seamless and stress-free.

Do you offer rush service?

Depending on our production schedule, we may be able to accommodate rush requests. Please mention your event date in your inquiry form, and we’ll confirm availability and any applicable rush fees.
