    We’ll review your inquiry and reach out to share our process, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident before booking. A discovery call is available if preferred.

  • Booking

    Based on the information we've shared, if you're ready to move forward, we’ll outline next steps tailored to your needs. For custom services, a $350 design retainer is required. This allows us to create your personalized proposal and is fully applied to your order, counting toward the $4,000 minimum.

  • Detail Coordination

    This is where we fine-tune all the details, from stationery and logistics to final gift selections. If you’ve chosen our custom service, this is also when you’ll receive your personalized proposal.

  • Approvals

    After revisions, we finalize your gift design. Once approved and paid, production begins.



  • Assembly & Delivery

    We manage inventory, assemble your gifts, and coordinate shipping, so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience.

What’s the investment for custom gifting?

Our fully custom gifting projects start at $4,000, which includes design, sourcing, assembly, and delivery coordination. A $350 design retainer is required to begin the process and is applied toward your total order.

How much notice do you need for custom orders?

We typically recommend a minimum of six weeks for full custom gifting projects. This allows time for design, sourcing, assembly, and delivery coordination. Once your retainer is received, your date is secured on our production calendar and we’ll guide you through each next step.

Do you handle assembly and delivery?

Yes! we’re a full-service gifting company. Our team handles every step: assembly, packaging, quality control, and delivery. We offer local delivery within 80 miles of Norwalk, CT and ship nationwide. For events, we coordinate directly with your venue, team or planner to ensure gifts arrive on time and in perfect condition.

Can we include our own branded or supplied items?

Absolutely. Whether it’s stationery, merchandise, or branded pieces, we can include your items within the gift design. We'll work with you to determine if our custom gifting service or our signature swag service is the right fit for what you're looking for! We’ll handle all packaging and integration so everything feels cohesive and elevated.

Do you offer international shipping?

We accept international orders on a limited, case-by-case basis. Several factors determine whether we can fulfill an international shipment, including:

  • The destination country
  • The contents of the gift (some items may be restricted or ineligible for export)
  • The packaging and weight of the final design

For event gifting, the involvement of a Planner with experience in international shipping and receiving is required. This ensures proper coordination with venues, customs, and timelines.
