  • Info + Next Steps

    We’ll review your inquiry, share our service options, and answer any questions you have. For larger programs or retainer services, a discovery call should be scheduled to ensure we build a plan that fits your brand’s workflow.

  • Booking

    Once we’ve outlined your gifting goals and timeline, we’ll send next steps and a proposal tailored to your needs. A $350 design retainer is required for a custom project and is applied toward your order total.

  • Detail Coordination

    Here’s where we finalize all the details — from branded packaging and stationery to shipping logistics. For Signature Fulfillment clients, this is also when we set up your dedicated storage and fulfillment preferences.

  • Approvals

    Once you’ve approved your design or gifting plan, production begins. We’ll send a final summary of payment structure, quantities, contents, and delivery timelines before we assemble your gifts.

  • Assembly & Delivery

    We assemble, pack, and deliver your gifts — locally, nationally, or (when applicable) internationally. You’ll receive tracking and delivery confirmations so you can rest easy knowing every detail is handled.

Our minimum for custom gifting projects is $4,000, which includes design, sourcing, packaging, and logistics coordination. Semi-custom gifts begin with a $250 setup fee, plus the cost of branded stationery, gifts and delivery.

Do you handle delivery and shipping?

Yes! We offer nationwide shipping. Local hand delivery is available within 80 miles of Norwalk, CT on bulk client gift orders of 20 or more. Every shipment is professionally packed and tracked to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on schedule.

Do you offer ongoing gifting or fulfillment programs?

Yes, on-demand ordering is available for all services who gift throughout the year.

Do you ship internationally?

We accept international orders on a limited, case-by-case basis. Eligibility depends on destination, gift contents, and packaging. For event gifting, we require coordination with a planner familiar with international shipping logistics to ensure smooth delivery.

Do you work with agencies and corporate teams?

Yes, we almost always collaborate with marketing, HR, and event teams to create gifting solutions that align with your brand’s goals. From onboarding and milestone programs to client appreciation, we design with both strategy and sentiment in mind. We act as an extension of your team.
