We pride ourselves on being communicative and detail-oriented because we know your reputation is on the line with every single gift. That’s why we triple-check quality, timelines, and presentation, all before the boxes or bags leave our studio.

We also handle hotel coordination, so you don’t have to. Every hotel has a different process for accepting and storing welcome gifts: some require appointments for delivery, some need paperwork, and others just… wing it (iykyk). We take the reins on all hotel gifting logistics, from confirming guest counts to coordinating drop-off times, and we always CC you in the communication so you can chime in if needed (but only if you want to).


Client Example: When the Plan Changed, We Pivoted. So Our Bride and Her Planner Didn’t Have To

Things don’t always go as planned, and when they don’t, we step in to help.

We once worked with a bride who was handling gifting logistics with us directly, even though she had a Planner, because she lived close to our studio and planned to deliver everything to the venue herself (plus, she loved gifting and wanted to work on this part which is SO common!). After we arrived at her home with the gift delivery, I saw the overwhelm set in her face. Between the volume of gifts and everything else she needed to transport, she would’ve had to make multiple trips. That wasn’t happening on our watch...especially 3 days before her wedding and we CERTAINLY were not going to have her Planner drive down..she had WAY more important things to do like deal with a crazy rain storm rolling in.

We had the time, so we re-loaded up our car and delivered the entire order to her venue and hotels ourselves. No additional charge, no questions asked.
